How do I place my order?  

Simply select your preferred style on the product page, click "Add to Cart," and then adhere to the easy instructions to finish placing your order. Your order is prepared, and we'll notify you when it's on the way.

How soon will my order be shipped? 

  • In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 3-4 days (Monday to Friday).
  • Order Cut off time 5:00 PM. 
  • The handling time for domestic orders is 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday). 

What if I am not at home?

Depending on the delivery method you select, a new delivery will be made the next day if you are not home, or the delivery partner will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.

Can I exchange an item?

We accept exchanges, and they are subject to the same rules as refunds.

When preparing your return with our assistance, please note that you would prefer your item to be swapped for another item if you would like to request an exchange.

How do I track my order?
